Our local libraries are the heart of our community. One of the most significant endeavors of the San José Public Library Foundation is to strengthen all of San José’s 25 neighborhood library branches.

When you donate to your local library through the Foundation, you’re nourishing its ability to be a dependable and vibrant neighborhood gathering place and a trusted hub for sharing ideas, resources, and information. The Foundation’s work helps to ensure that San José neighborhoods have libraries that reflect community needs and interests. With your support we can do even more!

If you would like to make a gift to support your neighborhood branch library, please use our donate button below and select “Other” under “Where to Give” and indicate the specific branch in the space provided.
