We’re bringing the library to Clandestine Brewing in San José on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 from 12 PM to 4 PM for a special event wrapping up and celebrating the end of Banned Books Week (October 5-11, 2025).
We’ll be raising a glass to the books that have faced challenges and censorship, from timeless classics to modern bestsellers. Grab a beer, chat with the community, and discover a new favorite from our curated display of banned and challenged books. Whether you’ve read them all or are curious to explore, this is your chance to sip, socialize, and stand up for the freedom to read.
