We’re bringing the library to Clandestine Brewing in San José on Saturday, October 10, 2026 for a special event wrapping up and celebrating the end of Banned Books Week (October 4-10, 2026), a national effort to defend books from censorship.
Grab a beer, chat with the community, and discover a new favorite from our curated display of banned and challenged books. Whether you’ve read them all or are curious to explore, this is your chance to sip, socialize, and stand up for the freedom to read. The event will also feature family-friendly activities, trivia, and a special banned books fair.
No tickets or reservations required. Admission is free.
