We want to learn more about the progress you have made toward completing the activities and achieving the results articulated in your proposal. Please be as candid, reflective, and succinct as possible. We are equally interested in learning about your successes and challenges, and how you addressed them. Please avoid using acronyms.

Budget Revision Requests
We understand that your budget may change over the course of your project. Allowing some spending flexibility can enable the work to proceed in a smoother and more efficient manner.
To request a budget revision for changes that result in a greater than 10% variance in any line item, you must submit a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and the Library Foundation must approve it.
By logging in to our Grant Management System (GMS) using the login and information that you received through email, you can complete your interim report. Please contact email@example.com for any questions related to logging in to the GMS.
- Interim Report for quarter 1 (July 1 – September 30, 2023): Due October 16, 2023
- Interim Report for quarter 2 (October 1 – December 31, 2023): Due January 15, 2024
- Interim Report for quarter 3 (January 1 – March 31, 2024): Due April 15, 2024
- Final Cumulative Report for Round 4 (April 4 – June 30, 2024): Due July 15, 2024
